Shipping and insurance
A fee of $30.00 covers shipping within the USA and $300 insurance for finished
quilt. Additional insurance may be purchased for $.50 per $100. Fees for
shipping abroad will vary.
Deposit
A deposit of $50 is required with each order form. A balance due
statement will be sent to you within one week. If that amount is $50 greater
than the amount you estimate on the order form, you may cancel and one-half
your deposit will be returned with your quilt top. The actual balance must
be paid in six weeks. Your quilt will be ready in about twelve weeks (longer
for king).
Preparing your quilt top for shipping
We do not wash, press or repair tops or fabrics. Your quilt top must be
shipped ready for the work that you have requested on your order form. Please
do not layer top, batting and backing before sending. We will finish quilting
a top already started. If you have special requests for additional services
